GAUS makes recruitment work without CVs. It is a chatbot for millennial job seekers and multinational companies that uses social data and question answering to create a Virtual Professional Profile of the candidate. This profile makes possible highly accurate matches between anonymous candidate's desires and recruiter's needs. Unlike general recruitment tools, GAUS transforms the rigid selection process into a pleasant, effective and interactive chatting experience for both parties.

In order to find the right employees based on the limited amount of data available, GAUS Algorithm uses latest Artificial Intelligence advancements and interactive visualization tools to create a simple dashboard, that contains enough information to make the decision whether to continue or not the hiring process with each candidate.

The dashboard provides information on 3 levels: how good the applicant fits the job role, how good do they fit your company/organization and how good do they fit emotionally. In the end, you receive a ranking of all applicants, where you can see their overall score.

Besides the dashboard overview, you get a much more detailed dashboard, where you can see how exactly each applicant has scored on those three levels: job, organization and emotion.

But no Resume is perfect and it takes a great deal of preparation from the applicant to showcase all his/her skills and competencies in a single (or two) sheets of paper. That's why GAUS shows you the "gray areas" of the applicant's CV—skills/competencies that were not found in a Resume, but which are required for your job position, and suggests specific questions to ask during the interview to uncover the missing parts.

Dashboard Details

The detailed information is useful when you want to make an in-depth analysis of a single applicant. However, sometimes you may want to compare specific characteristics between applicants. For this, just mouse over any bar and you will instantly get a useful comparison chart of that specific characteristic for all applicants. The chart contains a short description of the characteristic and all applicants' result for selected characteristic.
