In order to find the right employees based on the limited amount of data available, GAUS Algorithm uses latest Artificial Intelligence advancements and interactive visualization tools to create a simple dashboard, that contains enough information to make the decision whether to continue or not the hiring process with each candidate.
The dashboard provides information on 3 levels: how good the applicant fits the job role, how good do they fit your company/organization and how good do they fit emotionally. In the end, you receive a ranking of all applicants, where you can see their overall score.
Besides the dashboard overview, you get a much more detailed dashboard, where you can see how exactly each applicant has scored on those three levels: job, organization and emotion.
But no Resume is perfect and it takes a great deal of preparation from the applicant to showcase all his/her skills and competencies in a single (or two) sheets of paper. That's why GAUS shows you the "gray areas" of the applicant's CV—skills/competencies that were not found in a Resume, but which are required for your job position, and suggests specific questions to ask during the interview to uncover the missing parts.
The detailed information is useful when you want to make an in-depth analysis of a single applicant. However, sometimes you may want to compare specific characteristics between applicants. For this, just mouse over any bar and you will instantly get a useful comparison chart of that specific characteristic for all applicants. The chart contains a short description of the characteristic and all applicants' result for selected characteristic.
In the end, you get a fast and detailed overview of the applicant's profiles and can decide upon what applicants should you further interview and hire.
By using the latest advances in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing to analyze the applicant's CV, GAUS builds an easily comparable profile with no information ignored from the Resume or Linkedin profile.
At the core of GAUS there is a well tested HR methodology that we use offline for over 6 years in recruiting people for other companies and that proved to select the right people for the job opportunity a company has.
Data can convey much more insights if visualized properly. GAUS represents applicants visually in an interactive manner on a dashboard, where you can analyze and compare them against each other.
As any company/organization grows, getting the right employees is crucial. However, very few people know how to recruit, frequently hiring applicants that don't fit the job.
The amount of known information about an employee is small. You have to extract as much insights from it as possible, without ignoring anything.
Recruitment is costly both in terms of money and time. It takes time to analyze the staggering amounts of CVs that people send for the jobs and arrange interviews with them.
